Our facility is located on W Social Row Rd between OH-48 and Sheehan Rd. Our home is on the property, about 50 ft from the boarding building, and a security system with smoke, temperature, and CO detection keeps our guests safe.

We are closed for pick-up and drop-off for the following holidays:
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
Easter Sunday
Memorial Day
Independence Day (4th of July)

Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Holiday hours are limited to reduce staffing needs and give our team the most time to celebrate and honor these days of significance with their families. We are still in the building, fully staffed for the needs of the pets, but not able to accept the additional workload of check-ins, check-outs, and answering calls or messages.
