One of the things that sets Pet Shack Resort apart from other dog boarding providers is our suite size. Our lodging spaces are much larger than the industry standard, as much as 2-3x bigger!

Deposits and Cancellations

There is a deposit requirement for boarding reservations for 3 nights of boarding. Stays for 1-2 nights will only have require a deposit equal to 1-2 nights of boarding. For peak periods, we require notice of cancellation 7 days before check-in for return of a deposit. For non-peak periods, the notice requirement is 24 hours.

  • Memorial Day weekend

  • Independence Day (4th of July) weekend

  • Labor Day weekend

  • Thanksgiving week

  • December 15th–December 31st
